Our Friday Market – Winter Edition!

It is no secret that we love our Friday routine of going to the farmers market just steps away from our front door, but it is worth updating you on the WINTER version of this lovely tradition.  Heated tents for dining and grilled flat bread pizzas are the way to go this time of year. This week we tried a sparking wine called Crémant d’Alsace and for 12 euros a bottle people love to pair this bubbly with their flat bread pizzas.  Nothing says TGIF like hearing those corks pop out of the bottle one after another!  Of course the Vin Chaud (hot mulled wine) is also on tap and really hits the spot on a chilly night.  Morgan looks forward to her own treats and even places her order at the counter for her bio pretzel and jus de pomme while Gus enjoys gobbling down the beignets.
